Registration is now up and running for my weekend of workshops – April 28-30th – at The Queen’s Ink, located in the historic Savage Mill in the lovely town of Savage, Maryland. Hey all you East Coasters, if you have a chance to make the journey to Queen’s Ink this might just be the only time this year I’m teaching on your side of the country. (Nothing else is planned at this time, but I always say “might” because you never know what opportunities lay ahead!)
I’ve been teaching resin workshops for eight years and I’ve learned a thing or two (Ok… maybe a hundred) about how to teach it so that students get maximum learning during their time with me. Lately, I’ve decided that when teaching resin, I want to focus on the things about it that I love the most and that really light me up as an artist. Taking this approach, I’ve developed an entire weekend where one class naturally flows into the next. If you stay with me from Friday night to Sunday afternoon, I promise you will have a handle on resin that’s above par with most any instruction or books on the subject. For the entire weekend you will get the best of me and what I adore — collage, color, casting and creativity!
You can take a look at the classes on my website, but be sure to head over to Patti’s store page The Queen’s Ink to register. Spaces are limited and last year the majority of my workshops sold out.
Ahhhh….East Coast here I come!
