My Story
I’ve always seen the world through the lens of light, both in our physical world and energetically in others.
My mother told me stories that she’d often watch me as an infant babbling, cooing and turning my head to talk to unseen friends. I’ve always felt the presence of my “people” – generous beings of light who’re my spirit guides, angels and my higher self – providing comfort, wisdom, love and light frequency.
A natural born creative and out-of-the-box thinker, I’ve always been able to express myself through art and writing. While I’ve known since early childhood how highly sensitive I am, it took being a spiritual seeker to learn I’m an Empath; meaning I feel all the feels.
My soul’s whispers ignited a curiosity to study metaphysics. Books by spiritual teachers provided amazing insights and stirred up even more questions, and this innate curiosity led me to work directly with extraordinary teachers and mentors to further expand my consciousness.
Twenty six years of study and practice allows me to merge art, spirituality, mysticism, neuroscience and communications. I hold a BA in Journalism with a Psychology minor. Advanced certifications include Reiki Master Teacher, Angel Tarot Reader, Spirit Guide Facilitator, Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) Master Practitioner, Mental and Emotional Release© (MER) Master Practitioner, Hypnotherapist and Therapeutic Art Coach.
In my 1:1 practice I use my clear channel intuition and my learned tools in co-creation with Spirit to produce the holistic healing results my clients need at the time of our sessions. Each session is intuitively personalized and no two are ever the same, just as no two people (or their healing needs) are exactly alike.
My soul purpose is to joyfully and authentically live my life as a creative visionary, energetic activator, integrative healing practitioner and mystical teacher.
My path is to help creatives, healers, highly sensitives and empaths navigate their world by tapping into their innate intuition and natural talents to live joyful, calm, centered and fulfilling lives. I do this by guiding them to gently release their core wounds and limiting beliefs so they can know that their sensitivity and creativity as superpowers and own it!
